Booking and brand site for a live music business

A site that carries the brand and takes bookings for a singing and live-events business.

The Mehfile Kashish site for a singing and live-events business
The challenge

A live-music act is booked on the strength of an impression. The site has to carry the performance — how it sounds, how it looks, what an event with them is actually like — and then take the enquiry without dropping an interested visitor into a generic contact form at the moment they were ready to ask.

What we built

Mehfile Kashish carries both jobs in one site: the brand presentation for a singing and live-events business, and the booking path that follows directly from it.

The brand is the conversion

For a performer there is no specification to compare and no price list to weigh. The audio, the imagery and the way the site is put together are the evidence, which makes design a functional requirement here rather than a finish applied at the end.

An enquiry is not a checkout

Events are booked with a date, a venue, a duration and a conversation. The form's job is to collect enough that the first reply can be useful, without asking so much that someone considering three acts gives up on the second question.

Built for the phone

Event enquiries are made from a phone, often at an event, often at night. Everything that matters — hearing the act, seeing past work, sending the enquiry — has to work in that context first.

Next step

Bring us the problem. We will bring the architecture.

A discovery call takes forty-five minutes. You leave with our read on the problem, the shape of the system we would propose, and a straight answer on whether we are the right team for it.
