Product terms · Website privacy policy
This page covers the software. For the website itself — its forms, its analytics and its newsletter — see the website privacy policy, which describes something quite different: an app that keeps everything on your phone collects none of it.
Brihat Life OS
Android and iOS app · last updated 20 September 2026
The short version
Brihat Life OS collects no personal data, no usage data and no diagnostic data. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind in the app.
Everything you create lives on your phone. We never receive it, so there is nothing for us to lose, sell or hand over.
No account, and nothing that identifies you
There is no sign-up, no login, no password, no email address, no phone number and no OTP. You install the app and use it. We have no way of knowing who you are, and no identifier is generated to stand in for your name.
What you create, and where it lives
Tasks, habits, notes, expenses, meals, medicines, health entries and everything else you record are written to a database file in the app's private storage on your device.
None of it is uploaded, backed up to our servers, or synchronised between devices. If your phone is lost, that data is lost with it. That is the direct cost of keeping everything on the device, and it applies to you as much as it applies to anyone trying to read it.
When the app uses the internet
Rarely, and never with your content. The app fonts are bundled in the build rather than fetched. The only outbound requests are:
- Opening a link you tap, which hands off to your own browser.
- Fetching public currency exchange rates from open.er-api.com, if you use a feature that needs them. That request carries no identifier and nothing you have entered.
Permissions, and why each one is asked for
The app requests only what its features need:
- Notifications — to show reminders you have set.
- Exact alarms — so a reminder fires at the minute you chose rather than whenever the system batches it.
- Run at startup — to restore your reminders after the phone restarts.
- Vibrate — notification feedback.
- Internet — for the two narrow uses above.
What it never asks for
Contacts, camera, microphone, location, and the system health platforms. The app has no feature that needs them, so it does not request them.
Deleting your data
Open Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account & Data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Uninstalling the app removes everything as well. We cannot restore any of it, for the same reason we cannot read it: we never had a copy.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. No personal information is collected from anyone, of any age.
Payments
There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising.
Your rights
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or the CCPA/CPRA apply to you, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Write to hello@brihatinfotech.com and we will respond within thirty days. We do not sell personal data and we have never done so.
Changes to this policy
If what Brihat Life OS does with data changes, this page changes with it, and the date above changes too. We do not make a change quietly and leave the old wording up.

Dhwani Studio
Android and iOS app · last updated 20 September 2026
The short version
Dhwani Studio collects no personal data, no usage data and no diagnostic data. There are no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs in the app.
Your recordings stay on your phone. We have no servers that hold them and no ability to listen to them.
No account
There is no sign-up, login, password, email address or phone number. You open the app and record.
Your recordings, and how they are stored
Audio is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written to the app's private storage. The key lives in your device's secure key store; it never leaves the phone and never reaches us.
Recording details — the title you give it, the date, tags and bookmarks — are stored on the device unencrypted, so the library can be browsed without decrypting every file to draw a list.
When the app uses the internet
Only if you choose to download the on-device transcription model. That download goes to Hugging Face and carries the ordinary connection information any download does, including your IP address, which Hugging Face receives and we do not.
No audio, no transcript and no content of any kind is sent anywhere, at any point, including during transcription — the model runs on your phone.
Permissions, and why each one is asked for
The app requests only what its features need:
- Microphone — to record. Used for nothing else.
- Notifications and a foreground service — so Android shows that a recording is in progress, which the platform requires.
- Biometrics or passcode — only if you turn on the optional app lock.
- File access — only for a PDF you pick yourself.
- Internet — for the optional model download and for playback.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual recording from the menu beside it in the library.
Uninstalling the app erases every recording, all recording details, your settings and the downloaded transcription model. Nothing survives on our side because nothing ever reached it.
Children
The app is not directed at children. It has no accounts, no messaging, no social features, no advertising and no tracking.
Payments
The app is free. There are no advertisements, in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Brihat EHS
Licensed platform, deployed on your own infrastructure · last updated 20 September 2026
Who this page is for
Brihat EHS is licensed software that an organisation deploys on infrastructure it controls. If you are using it because your employer or a service provider runs it, **they** decide what is collected and how long it is kept, and their privacy notice governs your data — not this page.
This page describes Brihat Infotech Private Limited's own position as the software vendor.
What we receive: nothing, by default
Brihat EHS does not phone home. A standard deployment sends us no usage data, no telemetry and no customer records. We have no standing access to a licensee's installation and no ability to read its database.
When we do see data
Only when a licensee asks us to, and then only for as long as the work takes. Support and implementation access is requested per environment, granted by the licensee, least-privilege, and revoked when the engagement or ticket closes.
Where that access touches personal data, we act as a data processor under the licensee's instructions and under whatever contract and data-processing terms are in place with them.
If you are an individual whose data is in this system
Contact the organisation that runs the deployment. They are the controller, they hold the records, and they are the only party able to act on an access or deletion request.
If you are unsure who that is, write to hello@brihatinfotech.com and we will point you to the right place where we can, without disclosing anything about a licensee's installation.

Still being prepared
These policies are not finished. A privacy policy is a binding statement about what software does, and the specifics below have not been confirmed against the build that ships — a generic notice in their place could be wrong about the thing you came here to check.
- Brihat Books — Hosted service
- Brihat AI Company Manager — Hosted service
- ZeroTrack — Desktop application
- MacPulse — Desktop application
For the current position on any of them, write to hello@brihatinfotech.com and you will get a direct answer.
