What makes Ranchi different.
Ranchi is an administrative capital sitting inside a mining and metals belt, which produces two unrelated kinds of buyer: state departments digitising citizen services under a fixed procurement process, and heavy-industry operators whose plant systems predate the internet. A delivery centre. Engineers, not account managers. Work sourced in Mumbai or Bengaluru is frequently built here, which is also why our rates do not track the Bengaluru market.

Yes, where the tender's eligibility floors allow it. Public procurement sets turnover and headcount minimums in the document itself, and that gate is applied before any assessment of capability.
