Western India
Tally at the bottom, GIFT City at the top.
Custom ERP and platform engineering for manufacturers, chemical and pharma businesses and GIFT City entities in Gujarat — across the widest maturity gap of any Indian market.
The short answer
Brihat Infotech serves Ahmedabad remotely from offices in Noida and Ranchi, with on-site discovery. Gujarat spans an unusually wide range: a very deep Tally-based manufacturing and trading base at one end, and IFSCA-regulated financial entities at GIFT City at the other, with almost nothing shared between them.
We do not have an office in Ahmedabad.
Remote-first from Noida and Ranchi, with on-site discovery. Manufacturing engagements carry plant visits; GIFT City engagements look more like the Mumbai BFSI model, including the documentation a regulated entity's onboarding team will ask for.
What makes Ahmedabad different.
Ahmedabad anchors a market with two disconnected halves. The larger half is textiles, chemicals, pharma and trading — often substantial businesses still running on Tally with process knowledge held by individuals rather than systems. The smaller half is GIFT City, where IFSCA-regulated entities operate under a financial-services regime closer to Mumbai's than to anything else in Gujarat. A vendor who assumes one and meets the other gets the engagement badly wrong.

Regulation
What actually shapes a build in Gujarat.
Not a compliance checklist — the specific rules that decide architecture, retention and reporting before a requirement is written.
IFSCA regulations
GIFT City entities operate under the International Financial Services Centres Authority, not the mainland RBI or SEBI regime. Data residency, reporting and permitted activities all differ, and assuming mainland rules is the standard mistake.
GST and e-way bills at volume
Gujarat generates some of the highest e-way bill volumes nationally. At that scale, generation and reconciliation stop being a form and become an integration problem with real failure modes.
CDSCO and pollution control
For pharma and chemical units, batch records, effluent reporting and hazardous-material documentation drawn from operational systems.
Gujarat RERA
Project-level reporting for developers, on the same pattern as other states and its own portal again.
What is already in the building.
Anything new has to talk to these, and usually cannot replace them on day one.

Before you ask
Questions about working with us in Ahmedabad.
Do you have an office in Ahmedabad or GIFT City?
No. Offices are in Noida and Ranchi, with on-site discovery for both. A GIFT City entity's vendor onboarding will verify this, so it is stated rather than implied.
Do you understand the difference between GIFT City and mainland regulation?
Yes, and it matters more than most vendors treat it. IFSCA is a separate regime with its own reporting, permitted activities and data expectations. Designing a GIFT entity's platform against mainland RBI assumptions produces a system that is wrong in ways that only surface at inspection.
We run everything on Tally. What does moving actually involve?
Less than most people fear and more than most vendors admit. The migration page for Tally sets out the sequence, what breaks, and the conditions under which staying on Tally is genuinely the better call — including the case where a data layer over Tally solves the reporting problem for a fraction of a replacement.

Bring us the problem. We will bring the architecture.
A discovery call takes forty-five minutes. You leave with our read on the problem, the shape of the system we would propose, and a straight answer on whether we are the right team for it.
- No sales deck
- An engineer on the call, not an account manager
