Brihat primarily delivers B2B digital services where effort, scheduling, and specialized allocation begin early. Refund and cancellation outcomes depend on the applicable contract, engagement stage, and completed work.

This page provides default policy terms. If your signed agreement defines different terms, the signed agreement governs.

Cancellation requests submitted before project kickoff or environment setup may be eligible for partial or full refund after deducting non-recoverable administrative costs, payment gateway fees, or committed third-party charges.

Once discovery, design, architecture, implementation, or managed support work has started, charges for completed and in-progress work are payable.
