What Needed to Change

YTP Consultancy offered both EdTech consulting services for institutions and a portfolio of proprietary learning products for students — but its digital presence failed to reflect either capability credibly.

The existing website was a generic template that made no distinction between the two business lines, provided no thought leadership content, and had no mechanism to convert visitors into qualified leads. Organic search rankings were poor due to thin content and no SEO architecture. Product update cycles were slow because content changes required developer involvement for every edit. Sales conversations with institution clients started from scratch every time — there was no structured demonstration of YTP's methodology, case evidence, or product capabilities online. The company was growing through referrals alone, with no digital acquisition engine.

How We Solved It

Brihat Infotech redesigned and rebuilt YTP Consultancy's complete digital presence as a dual-brand platform. The new architecture clearly separated the Consulting vertical — showcasing methodology, sector expertise, client outcomes, and team credentials — from the Products vertical, which presented each EdTech product with feature tours, pricing, and demo booking flows. A Dynamic CMS gave YTP's marketing and content team full editorial control — publishing case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and product updates without any developer dependency. An integrated Lead Capture and CRM system routed inbound inquiries by intent — consulting RFPs to the solutions team, product trials to the sales team — with automatic follow-up sequences. An SEO-first information architecture, combined with schema markup and content optimization, was built into the platform from the ground up. Product Showcase pages featured interactive demos, comparison tables, and video walkthroughs to allow institution decision-makers to self-evaluate before engaging the sales team. Analytics integration provided the marketing team with full visibility into traffic sources, content performance, and lead conversion funnels.
