The customer-facing app allowed users to browse stylists by specialization, location, and rating, view portfolios, and book appointments for both in-salon and home visits with real-time availability. AI Scheduling automatically assigned home visit stylists based on proximity, availability, and skill match. Dynamic Pricing adjusted rates based on time slot, stylist seniority, and service type. Automated reminders via SMS and push notification reduced no-shows. The business-side dashboard gave salon managers tools to manage staff schedules, service menus, pricing, and promotions. An integrated E-commerce module enabled product sales alongside service bookings. Full Arabic localization and integration with KNET and regional payment gateways ensured seamless Kuwait market compliance.
