Partnership formation happened at conferences and through informal introductions — slow, geographically limited, and opaque. ESG and CSR project data was reported inconsistently using different frameworks across organizations, making cross-sector impact measurement impossible. Funding visibility for NGOs was near-zero, leading to underinvestment in viable sustainability projects.
How We Solved It
Brihat Infotech built the SBU Platform as a multi-stakeholder collaboration and ESG intelligence ecosystem. A Verified Partnership Network onboarded corporations, NGOs, and agencies through a compliance review and ESG scoring process — ensuring every organization on the platform met minimum sustainability credibility standards. AI Project Matchmaking analyzed organizational sustainability goals, geographic focus, sector expertise, and past collaboration history to recommend aligned partnership opportunities with ranked compatibility scores. An ESG Analytics Module provided standardized impact reporting across GRI, SASB, and custom frameworks — normalizing data across all participating organizations. A CSR Marketplace allowed corporations to publish CSR funding briefs and NGOs to submit verified proposals — streamlining the funding discovery process. Project collaboration workspaces enabled joint initiative management, milestone tracking, and transparent outcome reporting.
