A Digital KYC Onboarding process for property owners required identity verification, property documentation, and a physical quality inspection against a standardized checklist before a listing went live. Map-Based Search allowed users to discover properties within a defined radius of their college, workplace, or preferred area — with filters for budget, room type, gender preference, amenities, and lease duration. Transparent Listing Pages showed all-inclusive pricing, deposit terms, house rules, available dates, and photo galleries — eliminating the information gaps that caused post-booking disputes.
