How We Solved It
Brihat Infotech built Rejoice Astro as a two-sided marketplace for astrology, palmistry, numerology, and spiritual consultation services. Astrologer onboarding required identity verification, qualification documentation review, and a minimum number of rated trial sessions before public listing. An AI Matchmaking Engine analyzed a client's stated concern, preferred consultation type, and past session ratings to suggest the most compatible astrologer. The Instant Booking Engine supported real-time chat, voice, and HD video consultations with calendar integration and automated reminders. Session recordings were stored securely for client reference. A Wallet and Escrow System held session payments and released them post-completion — protecting both parties. Blockchain-backed review records prevented fake ratings and ensured review authenticity. Practitioners received an earnings dashboard, availability manager, and performance analytics. A subscription plan for power users offered discounted session packs.
