The objective of GreenKadam was to entirely digitize and incentivize the consumer recycling journey.
Brihat engineered GreenKadam as a mobile-first sustainability ecosystem. We removed the friction of recycling by integrating AI-assisted waste categorization, a verified partner network for seamless doorstep pickups, and a heavily gamified eco-impact dashboard to drive continuous user engagement.

The backend of GreenKadam acts as a logistics aggregator. When a user requests a pickup, our Verified Recycler Integration routes the request to the nearest, capacity-matched recycling agent. The platform handles the entire scheduling, GPS tracking, and digital handover confirmation. This ensures citizens a frictionless, Uber-like experience for their recyclables.
To ensure long-term usage, Brihat developed an engaging reward architecture. Post-pickup, users receive an updated Eco-Impact Dashboard calculating exactly how much carbon they saved. This metric translates into digital reward points redeemable at local partner stores, effectively turning an environmental chore into a quantified, rewarding daily habit.
