Managing the daily logistics of school transportation is a highly stressful, high-liability operation for educational institutions globally. Schools rely on static, manual route planning that fundamentally fails to adapt to traffic conditions or changing student rosters. More critically, tracking student boarding and disembarking relies on human oversight, causing massive anxiety for parents lacking real-time visibility into their child's transit status. When delays occur, the communication breakdown between the transit department and the parents is catastrophic.
Brihat engineered Ease Yatrika to inject high-level logistics technology and absolute data transparency into student transportation. We combined advanced AI route algorithms with hardware-level IoT integration (RFID) to create a 'zero-blind-spot' transit ecosystem.

True safety requires hardware integration. Brihat integrated the platform directly with onboard RFID scanners. The moment a student taps their ID card upon boarding or exiting, the database executes a synchronous update. We built a high-fidelity Parent Mobile App that translates this data into absolute transparency. Parents receive instant push notifications for boarding/exiting events and can track the exact GPS location of the bus in real-time, drastically reducing anxiety and eliminating hundreds of daily calls to the school's administrative office.
