Educational institutions running on legacy software face a dual crisis: administrative inefficiency and disjointed learning experiences. Before Ba Schools, administrators spent weeks manually reconciling fee collections and tracking attendance ledgers, while teachers struggled to deliver hybrid education using a patchwork of consumer tools (WhatsApp, generic video links). Most critically, there was almost zero data visualization mapping student progression, leaving parents wholly disconnected from academic outcomes.
Brihat engineered Ba Schools to be a complete operational overhaul. We merged a heavy-duty Academic ERP with an intuitive Learning Management System (LMS), effectively digitizing both the back-office administration and the front-line classroom experience.

We bridged the gap between physical and digital classrooms. The LMS module features secure virtual classrooms, centralized assignment tracking, and multimedia content repositories. The most powerful engineering addition was the AI Performance Analytics Engine. Rather than simply displaying raw test scores, the engine calculates performance trend visualizations, alerting teachers automatically when a student begins to deviate negatively from their historical moving average. This shifts institutional focus from reactive grading to proactive academic intervention.
