A GST-compliant Billing Engine auto-calculated applicable taxes — IGST, CGST, SGST — based on booking type and destination, and generated audit-ready invoices. A Travel CRM tracked every client interaction, booking history, travel preferences, and upcoming trips — enabling proactive follow-up and personalized service.
