Brihat Infotech Private Limited – Refund Policy

At Brihat Infotech Private Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional web and app development services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness to both our clients and our company, and is applicable as per the terms agreed upon in our service agreement.

Refund Eligibility

  • Scope of Policy: Refunds are only processed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the signed service agreement between the client and Brihat Infotech Private Limited.
  • Pre-Development Phase: If a refund request is made before the commencement of the development phase, and as per the terms agreed upon in the contract, the client may be eligible for a refund subject to the deduction of any expenses already incurred by Brihat Infotech.
  • Post-Development Phase: No refunds are available once the development phase has begun, unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
  • Quality Issues: In cases where there are demonstrable issues with the quality of work as per the specifications in the service agreement, clients are first entitled to free revisions. Refunds in such cases are subject to the discretion of Brihat Infotech and the terms of the agreement.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing, either via email or as a written letter, and must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
  • Review Process: Each refund request is subject to an internal review to assess the validity of the claim based on the service agreement terms.
  • Notification: The client will be notified of the decision within a specific period from the date of the refund request submission.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within a certain number of days from the date of approval.


  • Brihat Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our terms and conditions.
  • Refund requests made beyond a specified period from the project start date, as mentioned in the service agreement, will not be entertained.
